Position : Technical Support Team Lead
Job Location : Simpang Ampat
Job Responsibilities:
- Familiar with PCB processes and capable of proposing solutions to common issues.
- Able to independently analyse the causes of quality issues and compile technical reports.
- Promote company products and assist customers in establishing process parameters.
- Provide technical support at customer sites.
- Analyse quality issues and determine responsibility while proposing improvement plans.
- Assist with departmental management tasks.
- Must be able to travel either oversea or within Malaysia upon requested Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of team lead working experiences in PCB related field eg: Process Engineer/ Research & Development, Project Management, New Product Introduction.
- Added advantage: Familiar with PCB's material processes (CCL, PP, Fiber Glass, etc).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Good verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, as has to deal with China/Taiwan counterpart.
