Role:Service Desk Consultant

Experience Required: 2+ Years

Salary Range: 5,000 SGD 6,000 SGD

Location:Changi Business Park, Singapore

Shift Timing: 8 am to 5 pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Consultant (Mandarin Support) with strong troubleshooting expertise and experience in supporting end-user queries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of secure communication protocols, networking fundamentals, and application environments. Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory to support regional stakeholders and clients.

The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting related to OS, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Support secure file transfer and communication technologies.
• Assist in SSL certificate updates and SSH configurations.
• Troubleshoot networking-related issues (IP, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Support application testing across Development, Testing, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in data center migration and infrastructure-related activities.
• Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
