Role:Service Desk Consultant

Salary Range: 5,000 SGD 6,000 SGD
Location:Changi Business Park, Singapore
Shift Timing: 8 am to 5 pm
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Desk Consultant (Mandarin Support) with strong troubleshooting expertise and experience in supporting end-user queries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of secure communication protocols, networking fundamentals, and application environments. Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory to support regional stakeholders and clients.
The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure seamless IT support and operational continuity.
