Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily IT helpdesk and end-user support during shifts remote assistance may be required.
  • Monitor ticketing system for SFC/WMS and manufacturing-related issues follow SOPs to resolve.
  • Monitor network and server health (TCP/IP knowledge required) escalate emergencies as needed.
  • Troubleshoot production label printing issues (Zebra / Sharp).
  • Conduct IT internal audits and training to ensure factory compliance with policies.
  • Handle IT asset procurement, installation, configuration, and license renewal.
  • Manage system/email accounts (creation, revocation, buddy checks) and maintain records.
  • Update internal Knowledge Base report recurring issues to SA/Development teams and assist in root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and clear real-time reporting event backlogs per SOP.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software faults.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of IT helpdesk experience with basic SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Basic understanding of networking and Wintel system administration.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing systems such as MES, WMS will be an advantage.
