Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gather, collate, and analyse requirements from business users, translating them into clear functional specifications for ALM Risk System enhancements.
  • Perform impact analysis of enhancement requests on existing business processes and system workflows.
  • Design sound, adequate, and forward-looking solutions that address evolving ALM business needs.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage deliverables from initiation through successful implementation within agreed timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, including test scenarios and test cases to validate IT deliverables.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Simulation Testing, and Live Verification to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
  • Formulate and maintain a roadmap for ALM Risk Systems that supports both current and future business needs.
  • Provide functional support to business stakeholders and co-manage production issues with technology partners.

Requirements

  • Degree in Banking, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
  • Understanding of ALM Risk concepts, including Liquidity Risk and Interest Rate Risk (e.g., LCR, NSFR, MCO, IRRBB).
  • Experience implementing or managing ALM Risk Systems is a plus.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation for IT stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and AI usage is beneficial.
  • Proficient in SQL and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Accountable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
