Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Job Overview

We are currently hiring a Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance services to ensure smooth operation of systems and high customer satisfaction.

Job Details

  • Working Days / Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Work Location: No 8 Ubi Road 2, #05-23 Zervex, Singapore 408538
  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Travel Requirement: No overseas travel required

  • Bonus: Performance-based
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email
    • Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
    • Handle and resolve technical issues efficiently
    • Escalate complex cases and coordinate with vendors when required
    • Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients/users
    • Perform internal product repair and support training activities

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or IT-related field
    • At least 4 years of relevant working experience
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
