Job Overview
We are currently hiring a Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance services to ensure smooth operation of systems and high customer satisfaction.
Job Details
- Working Days / Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Location: No 8 Ubi Road 2, #05-23 Zervex, Singapore 408538
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Travel Requirement: No overseas travel required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
- Handle and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Escalate complex cases and coordinate with vendors when required
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients/users
- Perform internal product repair and support training activities
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or IT-related field
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
