Job Description

Job Summary

Work directly with the Sales Team and provide them with technical guidance on product offering and solution based on the customer's technical requirement and the company's products and services.

Main Responsibilities

. Provide the technical expertise to help customers find the best product and service solutions for their requirements & needs.

. Maintain relationships with the key suppliers, contractors and clients to ensure that the products and services offered meet the customer's technical and operation requirement and make recommendations for promoting sales.

. Evaluate the technical specification and requirement for various field applications.

. Analyze the feasibility of implementing the Company's products and services to meet the Customer's technical expectation for successful field applications.

. Perform System sizing and design the solution to meet the technical requirement for various field applications.

. Propose the optimized solution to the Sales Team and make recommendations to promote sales.

. Provide technical support to customers and Sales Team on technical queries related to the products and services offered.

. Coordinate with System Engineering and Product Management team to identify and resolve product issues.

. Develop and maintain relationship with Sales Team, Customers and key Suppliers to ensure the smooth integration of solution.

. Provide troubleshooting and technical advice on product issues and coordinate with the Production Team for RMA support.

. Assist the Sales Team with the Product Transfer Price to complete the Quotation.

. Participate in technical meetings with Sales Team and Customers when required.

. Respond to the changes in the customer's technical requirement and provide advice to the Sales Team to revise the product offering accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom Industry with at least 5 years or relevant industry
  • Strong knowledge & proven experience of Electrical System / solution for Telecom Industries
  • Technical knowledge of AC UPS / DC Rectifiers and batteries
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills
  • Good technical presentation skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and an analytical mind set
  • Highly adaptable, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven, independent with ability to complete assign tasks with minimum supervision
  • Willing to travel as and when required.
