Job Description

Job Summary

Lead business development and sales growth for Enetek across key sectors and high-growth Asia markets, driving pipeline development, securing new business, and expanding strategic customer relationships. The role owns end-to-end sales execution, from strategy and opportunity creation to negotiation and deal closure, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver competitive solutions and consistently achieve revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute winning sales strategies for both new and existing Enetek solutions, particularly across:

. Telecommunication

. Datacentres

. Utilities

. Commercial & Industrial

. Renewable Energy & BESS

. EV Charging

2. Own and drive revenue growth across these core verticals, taking full accountability for results.

3. Hunt, win, and expand new business across Singapore, the Philippines, and other high-growth markets identified by the company (including Indonesia, Hong Kong, and emerging Asia markets).

4. Take full ownership of business development, from market penetration strategy to deal closure, consistently building a high-quality pipeline that delivers against and exceeds assigned KPIs and revenue targets.

5. Establish, develop, and dominate strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, contractors, and partners to position Enetek as the preferred solution provider.

6. Lead from the front in opportunity creation, prospecting, qualifying, and converting high-value deals in competitive environments.

7. Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations, confidently positioning complex solutions and driving customer conviction.

8. Take charge of proposal development, tender management, commercial negotiations, and deal structuring to secure profitable business outcomes.

9. Work closely with engineering and product teams to shape winning solutions, ensuring technical accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with customer requirements.

10. Maintain full visibility and control of the sales funnel through disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, including preparation of detailed sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.

11. Actively represent Enetek in the market, own the brand presence, build influence, and open doors at the highest levels.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering / Degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in Telecom or other relevant industrial background
  • Excellent market-driven (business development) and strategy execution capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge of AC UPS / DC Rectifiers and batteries
  • Strong sense of ownership and the discipline to manage a large portfolio of accounts without constant supervision.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively across engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Willing to travel as and when needed
