1. Role Overview(岗位概述)
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and project acquisition in the areas of:
- EV Charging Solutions
- Solar / PV Systems
- Smart Energy & Digital Infrastructure
该岗位负责推动公司在充电、光伏及智能能源领域的业务增长、项目获取及战略合作。
2. Key Responsibilities(主要职责)
A. Business Development(业务拓展)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in EV, Solar and Smart Energy sectors
- Build pipeline of projects (commercial / industrial / government)
- Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships
寻找并开发新能源及智能能源领域的业务机会,建立项目储备及客户关系。
B. Sales & Revenue Growth(销售与业绩)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue KPIs
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Lead contract negotiations and deal closure
完成销售目标,负责报价、投标及合同谈判。
C. Project Coordination(项目协调)
- Work with technical team on solution design
- Ensure alignment between Sales,Procurement,Finance
与技术、采购及财务团队协调,确保项目顺利执行。
D. Client Relationship Management(客户管理)
- Maintain strong relationships with Developers, Contractors, Government agencies
- Act as main point of contact for key clients
维护客户关系,作为核心客户对接窗口。
E. Market Intelligence(市场分析)
- Monitor industry trends (EV / Solar / Supplier ecosystem)
- Identify competitor strategies and pricing
分析市场趋势及竞争情况。
3. Requirements(任职要求)
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Engineering / Energy related field
- 3-8 years experience in:Business developmentEnergy / EV / Solar / Electrical industry
本科及以上学历,3-8年新能源或相关行业经验。
Skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage projects and stakeholders
- Commercial awareness (pricing, margins, contracts)
具备优秀沟通、谈判及项目管理能力。
Preferred
- Experience with: EV chargers, Solar, PV
有新能源或华为生态经验优先。
