Job Description

Technical Service Manager (UPS System)

The Role:

  • Leading and oversee service operations and managing field service team in multiple project sites.

  • Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team for pre-sales activities and solutioning

  • Customer-focused with the ability to provide high-quality after-sales service and technical support

  • Ability to provide proactive maintenance recommendations and solutions to clients

  • Support business development initiatives, including technical presentations and client engagements

  • Develop, review and improve standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

  • Min 5 years of experience working with critical power equipment (UPS, batteries, generators, switchgears), with proven track record in team management

  • Prior experience managing or leading a service team in large-scale infrastructure projects

  • Experience in rail or mission-critical environments

  • Hands-on experience in installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems (Modular/Static)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
