Technical Service Manager (UPS System)
The Role:
Leading and oversee service operations and managing field service team in multiple project sites.
Provide technical support and expertise to the sales team for pre-sales activities and solutioning
Customer-focused with the ability to provide high-quality after-sales service and technical support
Ability to provide proactive maintenance recommendations and solutions to clients
Support business development initiatives, including technical presentations and client engagements
Develop, review and improve standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Min 5 years of experience working with critical power equipment (UPS, batteries, generators, switchgears), with proven track record in team management
Prior experience managing or leading a service team in large-scale infrastructure projects
Experience in rail or mission-critical environments
Hands-on experience in installation, testing & commissioning, and maintenance of UPS systems (Modular/Static)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
