Role Description
A Technical Support Engineer provides advanced technical assistance to clients or internal teams, troubleshooting software, hardware, or network issues. This role ensures that technical problems are resolved efficiently, helping maintain system reliability and customer satisfaction.

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for software, hardware, and network systems
- Provide guidance and solutions to end-users or clients via phone, email, or chat

- Install, configure, and maintain systems, applications, and network devices

Qualifications
Typical qualifications for a Technical Support Engineer include:

- 25 years of experience in technical support, IT engineering, or systems administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with operating systems, networking, and common software applications
