Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to customers through phone, chat, email, and on-site visits.
- Provide support in a 247 environment, including rotating shifts.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
- Understand and interpret customer requirements, using effective questioning to anticipate and exceed their needs.
- Collaborate with internal technical support team members to escalate unresolved cases to the relevant product vendors.
- Maintain a close working relationship with product vendors to implement new solutions based on customer feedback and cybersecurity trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging IT security products.
Requirements:
- Educational background in IT or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills over phone and email.
- Prior experience with networking or cybersecurity solution deployment is preferred.
