JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
. Provide technical support to contractors/customers, assisting them with any technical queries or concerns.
. Conduct site measurements and evaluate system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work.
Manage subcontractor work onsite, supervising, provide schedule, and reports and main person to liaise with end customers
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
. Possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field.
. Experience with ACMV including troubleshooting, site supervising and Building Management Systems (BMS) would be advantageous
JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES
. Good command of English, speaking and writing and computer literacy.
. Results oriented with the ability to define problems, exhibit sound judgement, and take initiative to develop alternative solutions rationally and independently.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with contractors/customers, providing them with the best possible technical support.
. Strong analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable team player.
