Technical Admin Support (Electrical Field)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Admin Support professional with a background in Electrical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical drawing, inventory coordination, and project administration, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute ACMV projects, preventive maintenance schedules (PMS), delivery, and installation together with the project team.
- Monitor and report project progress and status regularly to management.
- Organize and conduct project review meetings to address issues, track progress, and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Process product certifications, particularly with ISO and SGBC (Singapore Green Building Council).
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance services for equipment and systems as required.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, verify delivery against orders, and ensure proper inventory management.
- Handle monthly administrative duties including:
Processing of staff claims
Monitoring and recording staff attendance
Answering and directing phone calls - Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- A minimum of diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Preferably Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR).
- 1-3 years of working experience in a relevant technical or administrative role.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise effectively with clients and vendors.
- Highly detailed, creative, and meticulous, with a strong ability to identify and act on critical information.
- Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and inventory handling is a plus.
