Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and initiate failure analysis on defective components returned by customers and distributors
- Manage the end-to-end RMA process, including documentation, disposition, and tracking of returns and shipments
- Work closely with the HQ technical department to conduct acceptance tests and validate findings
- Provide general technical and sales support as directed by management
- Handle the movement and management of RMA inventories
Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support, QA, or RMA role
- Inexperienced candidates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of Power Supply units, electronic components, and related technology is a strong advantage
