PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Manage projects for global and prominent local clients, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Possess expertise in implementing enterprise systems, including Genetec, Ccure, AMAG, Lenel, Milestone and ProWatch.
- Develop detailed project plans, conceptual design, pre-construction design, establish key timelines, update programming design sheets, drawings, schematic design, reports, documentation and address compliance requirements.
- Oversee the design, installation, configuration, integration and testing of comprehensive security systems, such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, Public Address System, intercom and intrusion detection alarms.
- Lead subcontractor kickoff meetings to align project objectives, schedule, timeline, installation and commissioning standards.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding project progress, actionable reporting and data analysis.
- Make strategic decisions within managed portfolios to promptly resolve issues and uphold project integrity.
- Responsible for new projects, A&A works, deployment of emerging technologies and solution delivery.
- Handle quotations for Globe Customers, Additional Alteration works, repairs, and replacements.
- Deliver ongoing technical and operational support to customers.
- Coordinate with contractors and third parties on system integration and project implementation.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace safety by reviewing risk assessments onsite, conducting toolbox meetings, and performing regular PPE Inspections for service engineers and technicians.
- Identify, coach, develop and conduct performance reviews with direct report staff.
- Coordinate with service engineering teams to fulfill customer service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain positive client relationships.
- Review contract costing to ensure profitability.
- Submit all operational, incident, and management reports promptly.
- Create O&M manuals, handover checklists, payment schedule and delivery orders for projects, ensure documentations are signed or certified by customer and submit timely to finance for billing purposes.
- Follow up with customers regarding surveys, progress claim and outstanding payments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree in Computer, Electronics/ Electrical/ IT Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar filed.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities, work independently and excels under pressure.
- Exhibits a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, initiative and sound decision making skills.
- Responsible with effective supervisory capabilities.
- Proficient in Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook email.
- Willingness to work overtime as required and adapt to global client time zones.
- Excellent communication and written skills when interacting with customers and colleagues.
