Technical Services Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Engineer to support production operations by troubleshooting equipment issues, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify problems, implement solutions, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of manufacturing equipment

• Lead continuous improvement to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime and ensure reliable operations.

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive timely issue resolution and operational improvements.

• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs and technical documentation in compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with vendors and equipment manufacturers for technical support, maintenance, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Proactive and hands-on approach to problem solving

• Ability to influence and collaborate across departments and stakeholders.
