Service Engineer (Consumer Electronics)
- Provide technical and debug assistance included product training.
- Handle product, technical, warranty, spare parts enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers and e-commerce platform.
- Study in-warranty claims, compiling of F-Cost report.
- Monitor quality issue and abnormal defect make report to factory, take necessary action against warehouse, distributor and factory.
- Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for distributors.
- Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair, checking and grading at contractor before return to warehouse.
- Handle COC renewal, COC and WELS testing and registration for new product.
- Assist distributor to conduct field test for new products.
- Support for establish of service management and service centre for local and export market.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.
- Strong product technical knowledge in home appliances and audio visual.
- Ability to work under pressure.
