JOB DESCRIPTION
. Actively engage and reach out to high potential customers in the semiconductor industry, identifying and exploring new technical sales opportunities.
. Generate new leads and drive technical sales for semiconductor process equipment, materials, or dry etch-related solutions.
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent technical support and service continuity.
. Prepare and deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations, and application discussions to customers.
. Co-create a technical sales and business development roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction in the semiconductor segment.
. Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to management, providing insights into technical obstacles, customer feedback, and solutions to increase product adoption.
. Support product integration, customer evaluation (demo/POC), and application trials, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and expectations.
. Provide monthly technical sales performance reports, including budget forecasts and actual results, and present findings to the head office.
. Assist in technical translation and interpretation for non-Chinese speaking team members during customer meetings or site visits.
. Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
. Willing to travel within the Southeast Asia Region as required to support technical customer engagements, product evaluations, or installations.

SKILLS
. Technical background in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a MUST - preferably with knowledge of process equipment, dry etch, or related technologies.
. Proven experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Field Application Engineer, or Semiconductor Process Engineer with customer-facing roles.
. Knowledge of the Southeast Asian semiconductor market.
. Proficiency in English Chinese speaking is a plus, especially for liaising with HQ or Chinese-speaking clients.
. Thorough understanding of technical marketing, product positioning, and negotiation strategies for complex solutions.
. Strong technically driven sales attitude with high motivation and problem-solving mindset.
. Self-motivated & team player with the ability to work independently in technical sales cycles.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with technical stakeholders (process engineers, procurement, R&D teams, etc.).
