Job Summary

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will lead technical and commercial efforts to grow revenue by identifying project opportunities and delivering expert waterproofing solutions through consultative, solution-selling approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new construction projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors to drive business growth
  • Deliver product presentations and technical briefings to architects and engineers to secure system specifications in project blueprints
  • Conduct site inspections and perform integrity testing to diagnose leakage issues and recommend tailored waterproofing solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with main contractors, applicators, and developers to secure repeat business and project wins
  • Manage the full sales cycle including tender preparation, technical quotations, and contract negotiations to close deals effectively
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform and refine market penetration strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development within waterproofing, leakage, or building chemicals
  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or Construction Management
  • Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and strong understanding of waterproofing systems
  • Established network with key stakeholders in the local construction industry
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills self-driven and results-oriented
  • Possession of a valid class 3 driving license (preferred, helps with mobility but not essential for core duties)
