Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Growth: Manage existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, and achieve sales targets
Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing and contract discussions aligned with company policies
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors and market trends to support strategic decisions
Stakeholder Management: Work with distributors and internal teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash processes
Customer Engagement: Conduct client visits and provide technical support when required
Reporting: Maintain accurate records using internal systems (Voyager, C4C)
Key Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical or science industry
Exposure to SEA markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines) is advantageous
Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate technical concepts into business opportunities
Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven
