Job Description

  • 1 year contract with completion bonus

  • Location: West

  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience within Chemical Manufacturing industries.

  • Must have proven strong commercial acumen, communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the SEA region.

  • Actively follow up on leads and promote product applications to customers.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive account management and business development.

Commercial Negotiation

  • Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal agreements with customers.

  • Ensure alignment with internal pricing strategies and marketing policies.

Market Intelligence

  • Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and pricing trends.

  • Provide actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Manage and strengthen distributor partnerships across the region.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless order-to-cash process.

Reporting & Technical Support

  • Provide technical support through customer visits and solution-based selling.

  • Maintain accurate records and reporting in internal systems such as Voyager and C4C.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within a multinational company (MNC).

  • Proven experience covering the Southeast Asia (SEA) region, specifically Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

  • Industry background in Science / Chemical sectors, including manufacturing, personal care or home care.

  • Strong commercial acumen, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial opportunities.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong drive to achieve regional business growth and build long-term customer relationships.
