Technical Sales Engineer (Training Provided)

Basic information:

• Monday to Friday, Office Hours

• Salary from $3,300 - $4,300

• Incentives up to $800 a month, with other bonuses

Job Description:

• Develop strong understanding of products through structured training, seminars, and hands-on experience.

• Provide technical consultation to customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions across various industries.

• Adapt effectively to customer requirements and a fast-paced work environment.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.

• Proactively source and secure new customers while maintaining existing accounts.

• Conduct regular on-site visits (approximately 3 days per week) to promote and sell products/services.

• Plan and execute account strategies, contributing to overall territory growth.

• Support the implementation of new product launches.

• Drive sales performance and increase market share within the assigned territory.

• Organise and participate in seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows when required.

• Manage daily activities independently with minimal supervision.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
