L1 , L2 IT Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble mechanical components for IT and AV projects, including racks, wall/ceiling mounts, brackets, and enclosures.
• Support setup, alignment, and secure installation of displays, projectors, video walls, cameras, and other AV hardware.
• Troubleshoot , Installation and resolve mechanical issues affecting AV/IT system /System integration
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of rack cooling systems, motorized mounts, and related mechanical parts.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and recommend mounting or mechanical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, load capacity guidelines, and site regulations during installations.
• Provide on-site support during testing, commissioning, and handover of IT/AV systems.

Requirements

• ITE /Diploma in Mechanical/IT /Audio Visual
• 1 years of experience in mechanical installation, preferably in IT, AV, or ELV (extra-low voltage) projects.
• Experience in AV/IT infrastructure (racks, displays, projectors, structured cabling, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings, installation manuals, and mounting diagrams.
• Willing to travel to client sites, perform on-site work, able to commit OT
