Biopharma - Mechanical Technician

We are currently looking for a Mechanical Technician to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform mechanical installation checks, alignment, servicing, and maintenance of process equipment and utility systems.
2. Support commissioning activities including equipment testing, troubleshooting, and start-up readiness.
3. Inspect pumps, valves, motors, piping systems, tanks, and rotating equipment for compliance and functionality.
4. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with GMP and safety requirements.
5. Assist with punch list closure, mechanical completion checks, and contractor supervision.
6. Maintain accurate maintenance records and support handover to operations teams.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or manufacturing plants.
• Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, piping, HVAC, and utility systems.
• Familiarity with GMP, EHS, and permit-to-work systems preferred.
• Able to work on-site in a fast-paced project environment.
