Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop customer accounts across various industries to drive sales growth
- Promote and sell factory automation and related products, including proximity sensors, filters, conveyors, pumps, motors, switches, light indicators, laboratory supplies, UV curing systems, ultra-low freezers, torque drivers, OS and fabricated items
- Respond to customer enquiries, process purchase orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve feedback or issues to maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical and sales support tailored to customer requirements to enhance product adoption and satisfaction. Capable to propose to cross over to the brands that we represent
- Collaborate closely with partners and internal teams to align on customer expectations and ensure successful project execution
- Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings to develop and implement effective sales strategies that increase market share
