Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automated Car Park Systems in Singapore.

Operate and monitor Automated Car Park Systems

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults

Conduct routine inspection of motors, sensors, PLC and safety devices

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of automated parking systems

Maintain service records and maintenance reports

Coordinate with internal teams

Ensure compliance with workplace safety and operational procedures

Provide technical support when required

Job Requirements

NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Engineering or related field

Experience in Automated Car Park Systems / Lift Systems / Automation / Maintenance preferred

Basic knowledge of PLC, sensors, motors, and automation systems

Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Willing to work shift, weekends, and standby duties when required

Physically fit and able to work in plant / car park environment

Good communication and teamwork skills
