We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Manager &Technical Trainer to lead our automation team, drive end‑to‑end project execution, and develop technical capabilities across the organization. This role requires strong hands‑on engineering expertise, leadership maturity, and the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high‑quality automation, robotics, and AMR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Automation, Robotics & AMR Execution

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation systems, including mechanical design, control system design, robot programming and PLC‑based solutions.

- Integrate, program, and commission industrial robots, collaborative robots (cobots), and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).

- Oversee AMR deployment activities such as mapping, fleet configuration, safety validation, and workflow integration with other machines

- Participate in mechanical and electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and on‑site commissioning.

- Ensure all systems meet performance, safety, and quality standards.

Leadership& Training

- Provide strong leadership to automation engineers and technicians.

- Mentor and train team members in mechanical design, PLC programming, robotics, AMR deployment, and system troubleshooting.

- Build a collaborative, high‑performance engineering culture.

Customer Engagement

- Work directly with customers to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

- Support customer reviews, site visits, and commissioning activities.

- Address feedback promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Project Management

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise automation, robotics, and AMR project execution.

- Ensure project milestones, quality standards, and timelines are met.

- Work extended or irregular hours when project demands require on‑site support.

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

- More than 8-10 years of hands‑on experience in automation, robotics, or industrial automation machinery.

- Proven experience with :

-Mechanical design (SolidWorks / CAD proficiency preferred)

-Control system design and integration

-PLC programming across multiple platforms (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi)

- Industrial robots and cobots (ABB, FANUC, KUKA,)

- AMR implementation, including mapping, navigation, fleet management, and safety compliance

- Mechanical and electrical assembly

- Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and lead teams on‑site.

- Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to meeting project deadlines.
