Technical Recruiter , Engineering

In this role, you will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle forContracting Placements within the Engineering Space.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing and placing quality candidates, and contributing to business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Pitch recruitment solutions and negotiate commercial terms confidently.

Account Management:

• Manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for client hiring needs, providing consultative recruitment advice.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and quality placement of contract professionals.

Candidate Engagement:

• Understand technical requirements and source top-tier Engineering contractors.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the offer process.

LeadershipTrack:

• Mentor junior consultants and support team performance.
• Be groomed for a leadership role with structured guidance and training.
• Contribute to team strategy, target setting, and process improvements.
