HAC Technical Lead

Singapore

Lead technical engineering delivery across complex projects in Singapore — from design and vendor selection through construction, commissioning and handover.

This is a senior technical programme role for someone who can coordinate engineering teams, consultants and specialist vendors while maintaining control of technical quality, standards, risks and delivery.

The role

You'll provide technical leadership across the full engineering lifecycle, including:

Design development and technical assurance
Engineering specifications and standardisation
Consultant and vendor design reviews
Technical risks, issues and mitigation
QA/QC and installation inspections
Commissioning and defect resolution
As-built reviews and final handover

You'll work closely with client teams, engineering consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers to keep technical decisions moving and ensure solutions are practical, compliant and deliverable.

What we're looking for

Strong technical engineering background across design, construction and commissioning
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and third-party vendors
Strong design-review and technical-assurance capability
Experience managing engineering issues, QA/QC, actions and delivery through handover
Confident producing clear technical reports and senior-level recommendations

Useful background

Experience in technical programme management, engineering design management, construction delivery, commissioning, vendor management or engineering standardisation would be highly relevant.

Strong candidates may currently work as Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, Technical Programme Manager, Engineering Manager, Design Manager or Senior Technical Manager within client-side, consultancy, contractor or specialist engineering environments.
