Job Description

As we assemble our founding team, we are looking for passionate individuals ready to help shape not only the product but also the talent landscape and culture from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Technical Recruitment
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles from sourcing and screening to closing with a focus on attracting top-tier technical talent across backend, frontend, mobile, and infrastructure domains.
  • Collaborate with Technical Leadership
  • Partner closely with engineering managers and VPs to define hiring needs, build role profiles, and align on competency frameworks to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Design and deliver a seamless, engaging candidate journey. Represent AppLovin's vision and culture in the tech community to strengthen our employer brand across Singapore and the wider APAC region.
  • Data-Informed Hiring
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies, interview processes, and conversion rates. Provide regular insights to stakeholders on hiring progress and market trends.
  • HR Operations & Team Support
  • Support office management, onboarding, and team culture initiatives to help build a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth startup environment
  • Hands-on experience in technical recruitment is a strong plus
  • Genuine interest in technology and ability to grasp technical concepts and team structures
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a strategic HRBP role over time

Bonus Points For

  • Experience working with distributed or cross-regional teams
  • Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse) and people analytics tools
  • Knowledge of employment regulations in Singapore or other APAC markets
  • Previous involvement in building teams from an early stage
