Technical Recruiter (APAC)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, an understanding of IT/engineering roles, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (IT, Engineering, Data, Cloud, DevOps, etc.)
• Understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions
• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Negotiate offers and support offer rollout and onboarding
• Maintain recruitment data and reports in ATS or tracking sheets
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
• 25+ years of experience in technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
