Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can combine agile delivery discipline with deep technical literacy to coordinate development and release cycles across StarHubs digital domains.
In this role, you will work closely with Domain Owners (DOs), Engineering Managers (EMs), Journey Solution Designers (SDs), and Release Program Managers (RPMs) to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery across systems that support StarHubs consumer and enterprise journeys.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with agile project delivery in a DevOps or software engineering environment, preferably both front-end and back-end within modern native environments with a solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, observability, and end-to-end delivery metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Agile, PMP, or DevOps certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred.
Experience
8+ years of experience in software delivery or digital product management, with at least 3 years in a technical project management, delivery lead or scrum master capacity.
Proven track record managing agile teams delivering software through CI/CD pipelines within modern cloud native architecture and container orchestration (EKS/Kubernetes).
Proven experience coordinating frontend (Vue.js, Flutter) and backend engineering deliveries.
Strong understanding of API management, event-driven architecture, and modern deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary, Feature Flags).
Strong familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, Monday.com, Splunk.
Experience in telecommunications, digital platform delivery, or large-scale integration programs is an advantage.
