- Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to define project scope and objectives
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that may impact project delivery
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Requirements :
- 3-5+ years of project management experience in a technical environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Good to have :
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience working with remote teams and managing distributed project stakeholders
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and DevOps practices
