Role Description

Lead and oversee complex technical programs from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop program strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, IT, and operations to execute program initiatives.
Monitor program progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Communicate program objectives, milestones, and outcomes to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across technical projects.
Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for large-scale programs.
Mentor and guide program managers and technical leads to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; Master's (MBA or Engineering) preferred.
Extensive experience in technical program management, project leadership, or engineering management (812+ years).
Proven track record of delivering large-scale technical programs on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMI, SAFe).
Ability to balance technical understanding with business objectives and strategic priorities.
