Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, including basic benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutions.
- Assist in the setup and operation of product demonstrations, events, and exhibitions.
- Support pre-sales activities by explaining product features and solutions to customers.
- Propose practical and effective solutions for machine vision applications.
- Contribute to the development and expansion of applications within the assigned product group (e.g. machine vision and deep learning).
- Work closely with suppliers, customers, sales teams, and engineers to deliver effective solutions.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for customers at beginner and intermediate levels.
- Share product knowledge and guide customers on usage and applications.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Electronics/ Computer Engineer or any related course of studies
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Comfortable dealing with software and system
- Comfortable travelling up to 20% around Asia for business trips
