Technical Offer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead technicians for repair and maintenance work
• Manage external vendors and contractors
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of mechanical systems
• Ensure safety during maintenance work
• Prepare technical reports and track work progress
• Coordinate safety management on-site
• Create work schedules and resource plans
• Understand engineering drawings and codes

Job Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in Facilities Management
• Honest, committed, and hardworking individual
