We are seeking
Senior Technical Executives (STE) / Technical Executives (TE) to support long-term
Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) projects with various ministries. These roles are best suited for experienced professionals with strong technical skills and the ability to integrate with
smart building technologies.
Responsibilities
- Handle work requests and fault calls (including after-hours)
- Manage contractors for maintenance, repair, and project works
- Conduct building inspections and monitor utilities consumption
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and technical reports
- Coordinate and oversee M&E, C&S, and soft services maintenance
- Maintain and update M&E inventory, schedules, and records
Requirements
- Diploma in Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Civil/Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years relevant facilities management experience
- Strong contractor management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to smart building technologies
