Responsibilities
- Manage daily manpower deployment for piping and steel works projects within shipyards to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Perform project costing analysis to support budgeting and financial tracking for shipyard projects
- Liaise effectively with shipyard management on project progress and daily operational matters to maintain alignment and resolve issues
- Report project status and daily activities to the management team to facilitate informed decision-making
- Supervise and coordinate the complete working team across multiple yards to ensure timely and quality project execution
- Apply hands-on experience in shipyard project handling to oversee piping and steel works operations and troubleshoot challenges
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess Class 3 driving license as an added advantage to support site mobility and logistics
