Planning Executive

Develop daily shift level production plan to fulfil both internal and external customers

requirement for steel fabrication.

. Align order demand and maximize throughput by closely monitoring production shifts status

and balance and also infeed materials required for each production run.

. Control production shift plans with committed delivery dates after grouping and assignment of

orders to the different machines.

. Forming of internal and external delivery loads, and sequencing of deliveries to maximize

logistics resource utilization.

. Monitor execution of production and delivery plan to continuously improve plan to minimize

variance.

. Adopt technology and productivity tools to continuously improve planning process and supply

chain to reduce planning cycle time, minimize manual efforts & material wastage.
