Job Description

Developing plans, schedules, and quality control processes for projects
Carry out daily site operations and supervise a team of structural workers
Overseeing material and labour costs, and staying within budget
Familiar with steel fabrication and installation
Able to read and understand structural drawings
Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitor structural and rectification works
Ensuring all safety regulations are followed
Motivating and managing workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and of the highest quality
Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
Documenting progress and reporting to management
Trouble-shooting problems and assisting with technical issues
Able to work for extended hours as per project requirements
Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
