Job Scope: Technical Manager - Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.
The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of Mediapro AV Pte. Ltd.s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality AV solutions, and managing the technical team. The role requires expertise in AV technologies, team leadership, and a strong focus on
innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Operations Management:
◦ Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of AV systems and equipment.
◦ Ensure all technical activities align with project requirements and company standards.
◦ Monitor and optimize the performance of AV solutions during events and installations.
2. Team Leadership:
◦ Lead, train, and manage the technical team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
◦ Allocate resources and delegate tasks based on project needs and team capabilities.
◦ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
3. Project Technical Support:
◦ Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to understand client requirements.
◦ Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing customized AV solutions.
◦ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project execution.
4. Innovation and Development:
◦ Stay updated on the latest AV technologies, trends, and best practices.
◦ Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance service offerings.
◦ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technical operations.
5. Client and Stakeholder Communication:
◦ Act as a technical liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
◦ Provide technical consultations and demonstrations to clients.
◦ Ensure client satisfaction with the technical aspects of projects.
6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
◦ Maintain high standards of quality in all technical operations and deliverables.
◦ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
◦ Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment and systems.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
◦ Prepare technical reports, including equipment usage, project updates, and maintenance logs.
◦ Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes and configurations.
◦ Report on team performance and project outcomes to senior management.
