We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Technical Manager to oversee technical support and project delivery for simulation and IT systems, including implementation, testing, and user training, while leading and developing a team of IT & Operations Specialists. Ensure system reliability through fault management and reporting, maintain compliance with safety and company procedures, and provide hands-on support in daily operations when required.
Provide technical support and project management for all Company's Simulation and IT systems.
Implementation and installation
Site acceptance and system test
End-user system operation training
Manage a team of IT & Operations Specialists and ensure team cohesiveness and efficiency. Ensure the team is properly trained to fulfill their tasks.
Monitor and manage actions as appropriate for any System or Hardware faults. Provide analysis, reports and trends for these open issues.
Ensure compliance to the job, site and equipment safety procedures.
Provide backup technical support and maintenance to the IT & Operations personnel where required.
Compliance of company's requirements in procedures and documentation.
To assist the IT & Operations Team in daily operations where required.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineer or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Technical Manager or equivalent position.
Having knowledge on professional simulation systems is an added advantage.
Having certified as PMP is an added advantage.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure to meet system performance service levels. Self-motivating with excellent managerial skills.
