TECHNICAL MANAGER

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities-

. Leader of technical department to manage design consultant and cross department coordination.

. Has full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating technical assignments.

. Maintains liaison with units within the organization and individuals inside and outside of organization

. Responsible for acting independently on technical matters pertaining to the field. Work at this lever usually requires extensive progressive experience.

. Manages the technical department staff including C&S, Architectural, M&E and BIM with assistance of Archi, C&S, M&E Coordination Tean

Requirements-

. At least Bachelor's Degree Architecture or equivalent. (BOA Recognized)

. 10 years of working experience in the construction industry (design) or related field.

.Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking clients
