Technical Manager (Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Cloud, Banking Systems)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST/SOAP services.
• Build and maintain microservices-based architectures with high scalability and resilience.
• Implement secure coding standards with JWT/OAuth and ensure compliance in production systems.
• Integrate systems through APIs, messaging platforms like Kafka, JMS, Apache Camel, and enterprise workflows.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and manage automated deployments.
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Optimize application performance, refactor legacy systems, and implement anti-pattern eliminations.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers during project lifecycle phases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of strong proficiency in Core Java (1.9+), J2EE, Spring 5/Boot, Hibernate, ReactJS, RESTful APIs.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker,Kubernetes, Kafka (EDA).
• Database expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, with strong transaction management skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and secure SDLC practices.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture (AWS) and cloud-native application development.
• Proven ability to deliver in banking/payment systems (e.g., KYC, AML, digital banking).
