Technical Manager

- As a Techno Functional delivery /System Analyst, responsible for technical delivery of projects spanning multiple upstream and downstream applications.

- Involved in requirement Review, assess changes and impact to timeline & cost

- Analyze information and produce precise custom Functional and design specifications

- Representing the department on cross functional teams and mentor existing team

- Supported multiple testing environments concurrently for both minor and major releases

- Implementedstrategies to minimize potential project delays or issues.

-Implemented continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and efficiency.

- Support SIT/UAT by triaging defects with vendor and ensuring timely resolution.

- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams to finalize solution approaches.
Follow-upwith vendors/interfaces for the outstanding issues/enhancement status

-Involved in regular discussion on potential business Improvement Areas, planning the strategies, maintaining Operational Excellence initiatives
