Job Description: Technical Delivery Manager / Tribe Lead

Location: Singapore

Years of Experience: 12+ Years

Industry: Banking & Financial Services (BFS) - Corporate Banking / Cash Management

Job Objective

To lead the end-to-end execution and technical delivery of large-scale banking projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while managing high-performing technical squads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including resources, budgets, and timelines.

  • Technical Delivery: Directly lead teams of developers and technical analysts to build and implement complex banking systems.

  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations, conflicts, and scope changes across various business lines and external vendors.

  • Solutioning: Partner with Architects to drive data, design, and innovation discussions, moving ideas from concept to working solutions.

  • Risk & Governance: Identify and proactively manage financial or operational risks organize and chair governance meetings.

  • Testing Strategy: Drive the end-to-end testing strategy and manage cycles to ensure all critical/high defects are resolved.

  • Compliance: Ensure all deliverables comply with bank policies and international regulatory requirements.

  • Agile Management: Direct offshore squads in day-to-day decision-making and conflict resolution.

Key Requirements

Technical & Professional Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in technical project/program management within the Financial Services industry (Corporate Banking or Cash Management preferred).

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, multi-interface applications.

  • Deep expertise in Full SDLC and Agile methodologies.

  • Experience leading teams of developers and managing vendor relationships.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Execution Focus: Strong ability to drive issues to end-to-end closure and deliver results in ambiguous environments.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with high initiative in issue resolution.

  • Education: PMP Certification is highly preferred.
