Job Description & Requirements:
The Technical Manager leads the technical execution and implementation of construction projects, ensuring designs are practical, compliant with Singapore standards, and successfully applied. Minimum 8 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in relevant technical or project management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project design planning and provide constructive technical recommendations.
- Coordinate and promote external technical plans review design drawings and drafts to ensure compliance with Singapore standards.
- Support construction management by reviewing plans and assisting in developing specialized technical construction solutions.
- Oversee project sample sealing and VPMU management provide regular on-site technical support.
- Assist in early-stage project cost management and technical feasibility analysis.
- Support leadership with other technical tasks and contribute to improving the company's project management system.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of industry experience at least 5 years in technical/project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction technical management, design review, and compliance standards.
- Experience with VPMU, sample management, and on-site technical coordination.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
