Requirements
Demonstrates strong ownership and adaptability across regional operations, with a proven ability to manage diverse technical responsibilities and distributed teams throughout the full software development life cycle.
Proven track record of balancing high-velocity software delivery with a keen eye for granular technical details, while utilizing Gantt-based road mapping to ensure long-term project milestones are met on schedule.
Proven experience managing technical or software/web development projects.
Strong understanding of web technologies, architecture, and development processes (not hands-on coding, but capable of meaningful discussions).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both client and internal stakeholder relationships.
Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on practical solutions.
Familiarity with modern project management tools (eg. ClickUp, Monday, Jira, Notion).
Familiarity with Figma for inspecting UI/UX prototypes to ensure a seamless and meticulous handoff between design and engineering teams.
Familiarity with Miro or similar white boarding tools to facilitate remote sprint planning and complex system architecture mapping.
