About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Technical Product Manager to support the development and evolution of Data2Evidence, a research software platform for ingesting, managing and analysing multi-modal healthcare data. In this role, you will report to the Lead Product Manager and work closely with engineering, design, data scientists, and research stakeholders to deliver intuitive, collaborative, and secure tools for data discovery, cohort creation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager to translate the product vision and roadmap into actionable features and user stories.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives set by the Lead Product Manager.
  • Work with colleagues from engineering, data, design, and project management to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback and market trends, using insights to refine requirements and improve product value.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release cycles using Agile methodologies.
  • Ensure the platform meets regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PDPA, PIPA, etc.) and supports seamless data standardization and interoperability.
  • Implement and monitor product performance and user engagement metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to the stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, research, or data-intensive software environments.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (OMOP CDM, FHIR, i2b2, DICOM, FASTQ/CRAM), and data types (EHR, genomics, imaging).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Python, R, or other data science programming languages.
  • Experience working with cloud-based and on-premises deployments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, access control, and federated architectures.
  • Experience working with open source products and building an ecosystem.

  • This role requires regular on-site work in our Singapore office.
  • Applicants should currently be based in Singapore.
